    Theraputic deca

It has been reported that small amounts of deca reduce and/or eliminate joint pain. Has anyone ever used deca for this reason? and if so, what is a small amount? and also, if 100mg can completely shut down natty test, is there an amount that is theraputic that will not shut down natty test? I am unable to take NSAID's and am searching for something else. Thanks.

yes, deca will lubricate and ease joint pain but for the time you are on it.. i know a few people who said they felt better joint wise while on deca but when they were off it started to wear off..

I understand, but what I'm asking is the profile indicates it is safe for long term use...I was wondering if deca is used at all in the medical community by ortho's in small doses long term on their patients to treat chronic joint pain.

Deca does Lube the joints. However, to my knowledge it is not a cure. Small amounts of Deca will also shut you down (Testes). That said, if you are only using it to eleviate joint problems another alternative should probably be pursued.

The local massage parlor does wonders for my joint pain. Also get a nice "rub and tug" at the end

Some endos use deca but it is not subscribed strictly for joint problems to my knowledge. I generally run a small dose of deca year round for joint issues although lately it has not helped like it use to. There is really no amount of deca that won't shut you down so if you are going to try to use it for a year round joint lubricant you will need to plan to run a small amount of test year round as well.

the test shut down is not a big worry for me cause I'm on TRT as we speak and will probably be for the rest of my life. Is Deca dose dependant on the persons weight? and if so, do you know the calculation? Thanks.

I have never dosed based on weight. Generally I run 200mg a week for joint issues but you could get away with 100mg a week I am sure. If you are already taking TRT then you can talk to your doc about it.
