    What causes viens to grow

Just was pondering the thought, what makes you viens grow?? I mean I see some guys with massive viens on their arms etc.. is it gentic or just because they have low BF, and have been working out for a while... common sense tells me bigger mucles need more blood supply hence bigger viens are needed to supply, but i've seen some pretty big guys with very little viens showing.

gentics, bf%, and even cardio are all factors in vascularity. your veins are a smoothe muscle, so man up and hop on the treadmill or hit the bike trail and help them grow

Raised RBC's and raised blood pressure will cause veins to expand as well as less BF making them more visible.

Yeah, I like that one too! And here's the corollary to Einstein's Theory of Special Vascularity: The more muscular you are, the more your muscles show.
    I couldn't resist---(LOL & Big smilie, since mine aren't working).

Oh, I thought was because some have more blood in there system, their veiny because well there's more blood in there system and it's putting more pressure on their veins. Dr. Dolittle lol
