first cycle,bum shoulders pleeeaasse help..
hey everyone ,just curious i have strained both ac joints been of work for 6 months have some decanandrolen 200mg/1ml denkall how many cc's should i take per week cant lift much right now just want to heal the daM SHOULDERS? any help greatly appreciated..oh yeah im 5'11 205
mri's show no significant tears allthough the space between arm and clavicle,scapula bones should be around 8millimeters but its 6mils so doctors says i am prone to shoulder issues.i have 3ml plungers with22g 1.5 needles sooooo depressed got paxil but havent taken need to be a gym rat againLast edited by deca freak; 04-08-2006 at 06:46 PM.

first cycle ever trained off and on for 15 years very knowledgable in training
best bench 250 4 times i know but it was natural

at 205 best bench 250 4 times is that do to shoulder injury,s.

and try close grip bench easier on the shoulders

I would not try to self heal, rehab or medicate with Deca my friend. Deca only cycle will f u up. If i were you, id take the paxil and start doing some rehab on the shoulder with light dumbells and thera-band.. get your cardio and diet and training slowly on tract then come back to us with a cycle proposal.. include test this time

since when does deca heal shoulder problems?? It may alleviate pain due to water retention but I have never heard of it healing anything except healing an engorged cock by making it soft and limp if taken without a test base....
Gear is not a bandaid for joint issues..... if anything u will probably be worse off later.....

thanks guys i really appreciate the advice this forum rocks . i didnt injur my shoulders working out it was from installing headliners in minivans u have to hammer them up with your palms 500 vans a day 6 days a week that combined with working out playing hockey and baseball in the summer just taxed the ac joints too much i guess i will just keep up with the cardio and get off me fat ass and get my schizo diet in order i have been taking glucosamine and am amazed how it helps with the aches thanks amillion for ur replies...so hard not to go gung ho in the gym i feel like freakin richard simmons all i can do is cardio lol
