    Sust - Mon/Thur or EOD?

    ive heard arrguments for both sides on this...

    i was planning on running the sust 250mgs every Mon and Thur...but ive heard that i should concider 125mg EOD? (im also running dbol weeks 1-5 at 25mg ED)

    is there a real benefit of running the sust EOD or is the Mon, Thur just as good?

    if you can be botherd to shoot eod i would go with that over twice per week.

    not that big of a deal, the only thing is im planning the gluts only, so i might have to inject the thighs also, i would just have to get smaller pins. all i have right now is 1 1/2 - thats a bit long for the thigh

    EOD not necessary. the prop in it is not that significant.

    To be honest the prop in the sus isn't going to make that much of a difference anyway, but Ive experimented with sus many times and i prefer shooting it EOD i just respond better with it, best thing to do is try both methods over a couple of cycles and see what you respond best to.

    It may not be that "significant", but its not optimal to do it 2x per week. EOD, or better, ED is best IMO. Unless your a comitted bodybuilder I doubt you'll notice a great difference. See what works for you. When I do it, I'll try both and see what I like/feel comfortable with. I think as the dose starts to increase (1000mg/wk plus), EOD and ED may have more of an effect, over 2x per week.

    no need 2 take sust eod its the same or its better 2 use a single ester

    E3D will be most idal keeps phenylprop going and the prop is pointless so E3D is what i would do.

    Why not go with cyp or e if you want to shoot less? eod is best with sus.
