41 and 30lbs overweight
A few questions
1. Is Clen better than Ephedrine and what is going price for Clen?
2. How do I use Clen, and will it work to help me lose weight?
3. What is a simple workout to drop weight fast, and I don't care if I lose some muscle. I was thinking sprints/running and body weight circuit workout
Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you must do cardio at the beginning of your program, I agree that it should be done early on an empty stomache.
Weight lifting will add weight but in a way that rebalances your body with muscle instead of fat. Lift and lift heavy (proper form of course).

I'm 6' 235 and would like to get to 205, I can jog 3 miles, and am not really fat fat, just want to get body fat down to 10-15%, it's problaby 25% now. I'm not a "body builder" but do have a full on home gym with power rack, safety squat bar, trap bar, pull up rings on chains, dip bars, treadmill, pullup bar, incline decline bench, and lots of other cool stuff............. but really looking for an experts advice on stripping fat off fast, mostly cardio and if a chemical can help I'm all ears.........like I said before I'm cool with laying off the weights for a while as I get the weight down. I'm cool with running, and at this point in life I would rather be able to run 5 miles and knock out 20 pullups than bench 400lbs and squat 500lbs, I'm sort of thinking of joining a basketball league a couple nights a week for the cardio ( much more fun than jogging or bike)

I'm sure I'll get flamed by some for this but here goes.....considering your goals you might want to look into kettlebells. You get cardio and resistence in the same workout. It builds functional strength, not size. good luck.

Cardio @ 60%-75% of MHR 5 days/week
minimum simple carbs
moderate complex carbs
higher lean protein intake...
..... your calorie intake will have to be less than your calorie expenditure.....
..and get a physical before you start just to play it safe

Interesting recommendations. I am a CPT (NASM) and have a BS (nutrition). First off, to lose weight IT DOES NOT MATTER the source of calories (Mcdonalds or Organic Whole Grain yada Yad)...it matters that you put you body into a caloric deficit. However, that being said eating the right foods 8-10 total servings of fruits/veggies per day, lean choices of protein (dairy and meat), along with whole grains and plenty of water is IMPORTANT FOR HEALTH.
Now, I can figure out your BMR if you give me your weight, height, age, and sex (I'll assume you are a man). Once this is determined, I can calculate your caloric expenditure via direct (exercise) and indirect (EPOC) means and figure out a daily caloric goal.
That being said, I would recommend resistance training 3x/week and cardio 5x/week. The best way to determine your recommended training zone for cardio would be to use Karvonens formula in which I would need your age and your resting heart rate (upon waking) to give a reasonable estimate. The best way to determine MHR is via a Stress Test, but this is not convienent for most.

Hey bro forget all the commets above about clen . There is a problem. The resolution to your problem is DNP with proper diet cardio or not. The are several effective ways to incorporate DNP in your lifestyle. I can give you more details just ask?
I have taken and I have trained individuals with the same problem you have. I can show you how to eat and take DNP to where you can get down to 10%bf within 2 months.
Only if you can handle feeling like you have a cold when you are in hell. It will make you HHHHOOOOTTTT. Sweating all the time!

For what it's worth, DNP for this gentleman is a suggestion I view as very irresponsible.
Do w/that what you wish.

Under-eating pure shit is still going to make them look like shit. They'll be smaller pieces of shit w/the same shitty body composition.
Didn't know that was relevant to a healthy lifestyle.
Unless you would encourage that type of eating, using such a ridiculous scenario is a non-sequitor.

Maplewood - a lot of good info here.
You've gotta make a choice about how you want to approach this.
The quick fix? With drugs, supps, stacks - whatever.
Or the "Change it for Life" approach?
If you choose the quick fix and shed the weight - you'll probably go right back to the same things you were eating before and you will see the weight start to come back.
If you change for life - you'll make more healthy food choices and learn how different things you put in your mouth affect the body.
When the weight comes off you are in a better position to keep it off because you have armed yourself with this knowledge.
You'll struggle at first - but the Bennys at the end are worth it.
And my 2 cents on the DNP - STAY AWAY!
Found this on another website...
DNP or 2,4-Dinitrophenol, (Pronounced: die ni'tro fe' nolz) is an industrial chemical with various applications such as making dyes, wood preservatives, explosives, insect control substances, other chemicals, and as a photographic developer. Sold under several trade names, including Caswell No. 392, Sulfo Black B, and Nitro Kleenup, DNP has recently gained steady popularity as a fat loss tool.
DNP was used in diet pills in the 1930s, but was banned for this use in 1938. Classified as an "uncoupler of oxidative phosphorylation," medically, DNP is quite dangerous. You see, the body has no negative feedback system that may deal with overdoses. Specifically, there is no upper limit to the increase in body temperature that may be obtained with DNP's use.

In fact, during Spring 2005 semester (Nutrition courses) we had a guest speaker who made a rebuttal to the film "Supersize Me". It was called "Downsize Me". This person was a bodybuilder who ate McDonalds every day and actualy lost weight/body fat. It was quite obvious that the person in "Supersize Me" ate more calories than usual and this is why he gained weight. I defend this film ("Supersize Me"), not as a groundbreaking documentary, but as a postive example of what not to do. Bad eating habits start when your young and this movie hits home with the youth.
With regards to "Downsize Me", I was one of a few people that actually spoke out at the end of the presentation. I asked him about the long term effects of such a diet and the encouragement to follow such a diet. The last thing we need is for kids to say, "He ate Mcdonalds every day and look at what shape he is in". I thought the film was quite an egotistical portrayal of himself and I informed him of my opinion in front of an stunned audience.
Anyhow, you might want to check it out (for entertainment purposes of course).
Take Care.
