Red Blood Count
Finished a Oral Winstrol cycle a couple weeks ago...about a week after finishing I went and had a full physical.
Doc just called with results from my physical that the only issues he see's with my blood work was that although my total cholestrol was within limits (185 - good news)that my HDL's were low (35....not surprising).
And that my liver levels were normal (good news) but my Red Blood Count was high (17.7). He wants me to retest in about 3 wks.
Is this a side from the Winstrol?Last edited by stitch1967; 04-13-2006 at 03:58 PM.

its common.. actually your cholesterol levels could have been alot worse after an oral only cycle..

after my last cycle mine came back at 18, and the doc said anything over 17 is high, but it was only 1 point high. Yours does not seem to be that bad, just on the high side. donate blood that will lower it for sure.

If rbc was that low your not eating enugh red meat. I would not sit home on my ass. I would do sole light cardio and drink lots of water.

A slightly high RBC is not bad. In fact, this usually means more oxygen carrying capacity......with each breath you will diffuse more oxygen into blood. Quicker recovery, Higher VO2, all good....as long as you are hydrated and that your HC level is not out of control (>60). I would worry more about your cholesterol (especially HDL/LDL ratio) and your BP more than anything.
