Question Back In The Game-semi Newbie

GREAT SITE GUYS!!! I will try not to upset anyone here by my questions. I am 41 years old, 5' 11", 220# approx 17-18% bodyfat. Martial arts for 23 years, weight training for about 20 years on and off with the last 8 years being concentrated on bodybuilding. competed naturally for two years at age 33, and 34, then did first AAS cycle and had great gains! Since then I have just trained lightly about 3-4 days a week . Haven't had AAS in about 5 years so I am a little rusty and been reading here for a week or so now! My diet is not strict yet but i do try to eat at least 5-6 meals a day watching not to eat too crappy. My goal is to start training heavier again, and just try to get cut for the summer and a littler harder and maybe bodyfat down to around 10%
I have been considering doing another cycle, nothing to heavy, just something to help with the fat loss and harden me up and help get more cut! So I am looking for help an opinions for least amount of side effects , prefer only injectables. thanks for all the great info here!!

wat were these cycles composed of? how did you react to the compounds? did anything cause joint pains i.e. winny? its all diet as far as loosing bf. but aas can help prevent catabolism.

i suggest maybe a test/eq cycle personally though i hate EQ

this is totally right. diet is everything to loose the bf. all you aas can do is help to keep the muscle. i might would try some test e, eq, and tren .

Thanks for the info. I would have to dig up my logs to remember the exact cycles. It was 5 years ago and did them for mass gains not cutting. Prior to , I was 190# about 20%bf- after I was 265# under 20% bf, now 220# 17%bf No problems with them at all and no joint pain. I was thinking of using Clen to cut fat, but want to gain a little muscle as well.

Test does have some mild fat burning properties and is extremely anticatabolic. use it.. if ur worried about bloating put in some EQ. i wouldnt bother w/ clen unless ur just that desperate. Diet Cardio and proper aas plan will serve you right. i wouldnt run tren or clen at your age because of the stress and toll it takes on your body.

    best of luck and godspeed
