Mod's,Vets and Seniors please critique my cycle plan
Hey Guys,
Just starting to plan my second cycle for the fall. I am going to be slowly buying my products throughout summer so would like to get a clear look at what im doing asap. My one main concern is not having a steady Test running through my cycle w/ the Eq... please any critique/suggestions much obliged
Stats:
6' 215 , 11% bf. Cut down from my 230lb summer 2005 frame.
Measurements: (only ones ive done) : 18.5 inch arms, 34 inch waist
Cycle Experience: 1
Test Cyp 500mg/ew 12 weeks
PCT: Clomid + Nolva
Diet while on proposed cycle:
Clean Bulk (300-350 g protein/day), 400-500 carbs, 4500-5000 cals
Week 1-4 Test Prop 100mg/ed
Week 1-14 Test Eq 750mg/ew
Week 12-17 Winny 50mg/ed
Week 1-4 (Nolva on hand)
Week 18-21 Nolva 20mg/ed

test Eq? u mean test E? then y dont u run the prop at the end too with the winny... (15-17). Then why u have nolva on hand weeks 1-4.. are u gonna throw it out at the 5 week mark?

First thing why are you just running the test for 4 weeks? what do you mean with test eq?

OK I am confused... is that test e and eq running thru week 1-14?? there is no such thing as test eq? If so I think your pct timing will be off and u might want to end with prop as well....

hmm... How do you come up with 4500-5000 calories with 350g Protein/500carbs. You taking in 150g Fat?
Seems to me you are only running first 4wks of TestProp and then Eq all the way through.
What is your reasoning for this?-B D

I do not know why i put "Test Eq", think my thought pattern was carrying over from the Test Prop
I meant:
Test Prop
Eq
Winny
---I did not want to experience the bloat from Test Eth or Cyp. Wondering if there would be problems with running Eq through without a test? should i recommence the Prop with the winny?
--As for my diet IBD, i hadnt' planned it out yet in dtail and shuldnt have thrown up that shit, lets just say a Clean bulk for now

u should run test throughout, some ppl say higher than other compounds while others say a smaller dose is enough..

Ok that makes more sense....Prop, eq and winny wld produce nice hard gains.... Eq for 14 weeks is cool... can u handle everyday shots with prop for 14 or 15 weeks?? U shld run a test all the way thru and maybe a week past...

personally i would not run anything without the aid of a test in any cycle...but that is just me mate..
your second cycle.........
500mg test e 1-13
4-600mg eq 1-12.....................that is all i would advise for a second cycle....looking at your 1st......
if you are worried about bloat use something to combat bloat............_____________________
