clen cycle....pics
iam about to do i cycle of clen and thought i might get some opions first.the pic below is me 2 months ago.i already lost about 7 pounds since that pic.ive been dieting very well and have been doing cardio along with working out.iam looking for something to help with the fat i have.
my questions are:
-should i even be taking clen at this point?
-how much do you guys recomend to take{did the research}for someone like me?
-i recently did a cycle of small clen with the c on them,i did 4 weeks straight with bendryl on the 4th week.i saw some good results,but do you think i should try a different schedule like 2 days on 2 off?
-lastly,i have two kinds to choose from:
1.pill form,really small white ones with c on them..not that strong,100 count
2.the liquid clen and t3 stack,with the L-taurine from loin nutrition.

Since it takes 35hrs for clen concen. in body to dicipate there is no point in doing two days on two days off.. may as well go for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or a longer 6-8 cycle with bend.

take clen for 10 weeks straight every 3rd week run benadrly
dont use t3 unles s using juice .
youve got some size their try and keep it while losing the fat

I'd have to say that since your bodyfat is still very high, I'd utilize an impeccable dietary approach and make cardio your best friend daily.

cardio...cardio...cardio...3 to 4 times a week for 30 minuts minimun...!

no amount of drugs will help you lose fat, better and safely than a sound diet and cardio. If your diet sucks, there's no point in taking fat burners. Trying doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and watch the fat disappear
