Mixing letro with liquids

Can letro be mixed with water...or even juice or some other drinkable liquid? Or is it better to just take it as it is...i.e. a .25mg squirt. I'm asking because, I wouldn't want to minimize it's potency by diluting it with the wrong substance)....THANKS!

I would just remove the spray top and use a syringe to draw up your desired dose and squirt it into some gel caps and......swallow.

01dragonslayer, the letro that I have doesn't come in a spray bottle, but a vial instead. I'd need to withdraw the requisite amount (.25mgs) using a standard syringe and then squirt it. Not sure if should squirt into a cup, spoon or directly into my mouth. Still, is it possible to mix it with something flavored?

Probaly the best bet to kill the nasty taste is to draw it up and down it with some grapefruit juice. I personally like the gel caps.

draw it up, squirt into your mouth, then pound some juice right after, you wont even taste it

I just mix it with water, no problems.
