i have some cyp and winny tabs 4 the summer but might be getting var instead of the winny this will be my first time doing any kind of test so can i take l-dex for the bloat or will the winny or var help with that

IMO an anti-e should be taken in every cycle that includes aromatizing hormones which should be every cycle because I believe test should always be used as a base. Var or winny will not aromatize and they will do nothing to help combat gyno.

Liquidex works great. Your dose will be dependent on what/how much you cycle and how prone you are to gyno.... .25-.5mg/day should suffice.
