    Short of breath bad!

I have done about 8 cycles in the past, but the shortness of breath with this one is the worst ever! I don't have a chance even doing cardio now. Some days have a hard time walking around after a big meal.

In about 6 weeks, I have gone from 200'lbs to 235 (serious size gains) doing a bulking cycle. 3500-4000 clean cals a day, 2 gallons H20.

    Age 34
    Weight 235lbs (now)
    Height 5"10
    BF 18%

Only doing 75mg tren OED, 750 Omni a week. The first four weeks was 35mg D-bol ED. First time with tren. D-bol does bloat me as it did in the past.

Now that I am done the D-bol, will the shortness of breath get better? OR is it just because I gained so much weight. I am sure I am holding some water with all this too since the D-bol. Maybe lose more water?

I know my BF is probably too high too. But cutting is next time.

Will this get any better? I am planning on about 12-14 weeks.

Any advice? This is the worst I have ever had it.

Whenever I lift weights I sometimes over do it and get short of breath. When I kept working out instead of giving myself a break, I got whats called pleurisy. Its when your lungs rub the protective sack and gets irritated (causing short breaths). I just took medicine for a month or two, and it cleared it all up for me. (Dont know if its the same thing or not, but try and see if other members have experinced something of that nature. Dont want to give you bad advise.)

I would have to definitely say its the weight gain, I suggest you start to take it easy man, 35 pounds in 6 weeks cant be good for your body. I suggest you take it a little slower and definitely start to put some cardio into your routine, just walking at least. When I bulk up I definitely sweat more and breathe heavier etc. Just dont get too excited about gaining size and take it down a little, that is some strain on your heart.

I guess I never expected that kind of results in 6 weeks. Good advice, slow it down a bit I am happy with gains so far anyway.

Amazing what a good bulking diet can do! My best ever.

Tren is causing the breath loss............ it's one of the sides. Also, if there is a lot of bloating then that will not help the situation.... but it's the tren.

yep i was thinking it was the tren . ive researched tren quite alot, as im using it this year, and the main siude effect i was concerned about was the shortness of breath/tight chest

So will this get better? 75mg EOD seems pretty easy from what I have read. Should I lower the Tren ?

Being only in week 6, I would like to keep going to really let the test kick in.

Should I just up the cardo a bit, lower overall calories, but keep at it?
