Tamox Dosage

There is probaly a thread about this but I couldn't find anything, so sorry if im asking again. How much Tamox should i be taking and how often? I'm doing a cycle of Test E and starting the Tamox 2 weeks late and already have a little bit of puffy nips. I'm doing about 450mg a week and weigh 185.

you did it opposite dude. ya supposed to start the tamox 2 weeks early, not two weeks late. you can go up to 80mg of the stuff if gyno comes, but for short periods then go back down to 20mg.

should i be taking that everyday? and does it matter what time of the day i take it, with or without food?
