kinda worried!
so im on day 16 of 500 test 400 deca a week..and im kick starting it with dbol 30 mg ed.... so far ive only put on 6 pounds!!! What am I doing wrong? My buddys have all put on 10 ... my strength has gone up immensly...but I beleive that I am not acheiving optimal results...what can I do to help my gains????

bro im eating 6-7 meals a day...my diet is totally on check... i eat a ton of food, trust me! Maybe im not resting enough?

6 pounds in a little over two weeks? I don't see a problem with that. I don't gain the same as any of my buddies, so I wouldn't use them as a gage.

dude,
Your buddies may have had more room for improvement than you. If you were peaked before you started, which you should have been, this would explain why your gains aren;t as high as theirs in the first stage of the cycle.
You're doing well.

Eat, even when your not that hungry. Youll be surprised how much more you can eat.

i'm on similar cycle and gained 11 pounds however my strength has not increased much ater 21 days but everyone has different effects, whether good or bad.... be eazy bro.... oh and sleep alot!!!!!!!!

firstly im going to just say the logical reasoning behind this then i might reread this thread to get more info
firstly some people are more PRONE to storing waterweight w/ certain aas.
lets say u put on 6lbs and another puts on 10.. LOL it IS NOTMUSCLE i assure you .. especially in that amount of time.. its prolly like 80%+ water weight
most people think of water weight as LBM.. but its not!

i started at 185...and its day 16 and im 191...i eat sooo much, like 6-7 meals a day, im 5'11 ...and I was at my peak because i Have been working out for 4 years and strongly beleive I have been peaked....I am going to start forcing myself to eat even more now !!!

its just that I herd dbol as a kick star is spsoe to add quick gains, and that most of the time its water...and im also takin nolva at 25mg ed...to help fight bloat etc
