Help me with my Letro dose(

i have letro to run with my cycle, going to run .25mgED.im having a little problem with conversion factor and with math.....
My Letro is 30 mL @ 2.5mg/mL
how do i break it to injest .25mg ?
and to consume it i guess u just use oral syringe?
help plzzz

1/10th of a ml. Use a slin pin to accurately get that amount.

that stuff is to thick to get through a slin pin.

use a 1cc oral syringe.

so 1/10th of ml means like this :its 2.5mg/ml and i need 0.25mg...ratio calculation to solve for the mls i need for the 0.25mg...so divide 0.25mg by 2.5mg and i get 0.1ml....something like that?
so it means i need .1ml of it?
