    Knee ache/quad shots

I have noticed that the past few months, that when I squat down real low, with no weight or anything, just squating down, I have trouble getting back up. My knees ache. I've been trying to figure out why.

Well, about 2 months ago, I started shooting quads. I hit each quad once a week. I am shooting 3cc's each time. (test/Eq)

I wonder if shooting the quads has anything to do with this problem. The shots are painless for me.

Anyone have any input on this? THX!

i can't think of any logical reason for the shots to effect your knees

I wouldn't think so either. I am trying to figure out what changed that could cause this. Maybe I'm just getting old.

I also noticed that my sex drive is not very high right now which usually it is through the roof. I upped from 500mg ew to 750mg ew about a month ago. I would have thought it would have sky rocketed, but instead, it seems to be going the other way.

i was going to say this

i'm on eq as well and it seem to be hell on my shoulders. i haven't been blaming it on the eq though. just been assuming that i'm getting older.
i would like to know if many others have joint issues while using EQ.

I'm just on the test/eq, plus I've been running hgh for the past 4 months. You would think that the hgh should HELP my knees.

I have notice joint pain in my elbows and shoulders now that you mention it. I was blaming that on the eq since that just started about 2/3 weeks ago and I've been on eq for about 5 weeks with a frontload.

i had a drop in sex drive as well as shoulder pains. i blamed the sex drive on letro and reduced the dose.
    worked.
    still have the joint pain.
    maybe we are old.

i'm going to start a new thread

    Suggestion: Try the following
    -Chondrotin/MSM
    -Fish Oil
    -Ice the Area
-Keep the weight to 75% of max (higher reps)

    BTW...Which test are u using?

PS: My knee was hurting just above the knee cap from Heavy Squats...i tried the above for 2 weeks ed....and it is almost 100%.
