you guys think its enough??

I have been searching on a proper dose of adex while on a cycle( using prop) and getting alot of mixed reveiws from people I am talking to. So I need to get some input from you guys.. Is .5 mg ED enough? Also hear lots of people are using .5 mg EOD also. What do you advise on a proper dose of adex while on a test cycle ?? .5 ED or .5 EOD or something else??

.5 daily lowered my estrogen level 100 points and raised my test about 300 pts. Blood work is the only way to know how much is enough for you.

I think I was reading somewhere on here that you take 1mg ED how you doing with that dose?? I am sure everyone is diffrent.. I agree blood work would be the best way to find out.. Dam 300 nano gram increase in test level thats crazy.. Thanks for the input!!!
