Liver Protection for Tbol Cycle
Running:
Wk 1-6 Tbol 60mg ED .
Wk 7-8 10mg Nolva ED.
Starting Mid-May.
This is my first cycle and I'm concerned about my liver even though the hepatoxicity of Tbol is low.
I'm probably going to get some Milk Thistle (1g silarium) to take at .5g twice daily.
I've heard that Liv-52 is a waste along with a few others. My question, and I ask that you only respond based on your results (from blood tests or whatever, not personal preference) what supplements do you think I should stack with the Milk Thistle to protect my liver?
I've also had viral Hepatitis a few years back, which I made a full recovery from. BTW viral hep is food-bourne, not the hepatitis one normally associates with vaccinations; i.e. Hep A and Hep B.
Thanks.

I heard many say that it isn't very effective, how true this is... I'm not sure, but most will agree with the beneficial effects of Milk Thistle.
