    Can anyone think of a healthy 4or5 week cycle?

    i heard doing half of cycles are no good but i was wondering if u guys could think up of any 4or5 week cycle that will get me leaner

    if u want unatural results it hard to accomplish safely although the safest steroid out there for leaning up and gaining lean body mass is anavar

    the thing is right now i cant decide if i want to do a nice 4 week cycle of M1T or some injectables. I was almost ready to do the M1T cycle but I cannot get a hold of 4AD so i thought if i cant get the most out of it maybe i should try an injectable... but with M1T can anyone recommend something else then 4AD to stack it with? even an injectable??

    how much do you weigh?
    what is your body fat %?
    how long have you been training?
    have you ever done a cycle before?
    what was it?
    how did it work for you?
    what are your specific goals?

    How about prop? I've done a 4 weeker of M1T and prop and loved it...that shit does a number on your liver though, so be careful.

    -diet
    morning lipodrene then AM cardio
    next ALA with 1scoop whey, 1/2 cut oatmeal
    next meal lean protein, salad
    next meal tuna or chicken or etc. with olive oil
    work out
    pwo shake-1 1/2 scoop of whey, 1/2 scoop dex, 1/2 cup oats, tsp creatine
    next meal- ala with ppwo- chicken/steak/etc 1/2 cup rice or 3/4 pasta and cup of veggies
    last meal- nuts with 1 scoop of whey
    -19 years old
    -5 10
    -180lbs
    -16% bf around
    -training for about 2 - 3 years
    -never done a cycle
    -to get bigger and leaner...

    It was a long time ago...but I believe I ran the M1T at 20mg/day and the prop at 75mg/day. It wouldn't hurt to get blood work done at weeks 2, 4 and 8. M1T can do a number on your liver values if you don't stay on top of them.

    PS Just saw your only 19...my advice would be to wait on it. If you've never done a cycle before I wouldn't start now. And at 16% bf you should really try to come down to around 10-12% before starting a cycle. If you haven't spent any time in the diet section go check it out. Theres a lot of solid info there that can help you lean out and bulk up. If you've got any questions about dieting or anything else for that matter let me know. I'd be more than willing to help you fine tune a proper diet. Especially if it keeps you off the juice for a couple more years.

    At 19yrs old you dont need AAS, you will have enough hormones in your body naturally to make really good gains, concentrate on your diet and training program and get more experience, if you do this you will have a good solid base to work from in furture years

    I agree with Marcus at 19 you dont need to shut down your own test. prod. Some good cardio and a diet with good protein and training your ba**s off should do the trick.Oh and no cheating on the diet.LOL
