Poor Results
Training for 2 years,age 22, 170 pounds, 5'9
2nd cycle 1st being deca only(ignorance) sust 250 and deca for 2nd cycle 6 weeks in and only a gain of 10 pounds if that- strength has gone up alot thou, possibilty one of the products are fake (website hmmm) beginner! taking .25 Liquidex and 10mg nolva for gyno im getting
consuming an average of 5,000 to 6,000 calories a day and 220 grams of protein more or less multi-vits and training hard

for a start not enough protein........
2g to every pound of bodyweight is the general rule of thumb,you should be consuming at least 300+ gramms........._____________________

I dont want to seem rude. But at 170 eating 5000-6000 cals and your not gaining weight your gear could be Fake. Or your not eating consistenly. Also why would you run Sust for only 6 weeks. It takes about 4-6 weeks to kick for most people. But defintely your diet is not up to par. ( I know 200 pounders who eat 5500 cals when they are bulking So im not sure what you are doing)

check the diet forum.. for a 5-6k calories.. 220g of protein isn't very high bud!

Although this is my first cycle, and on week 8th of it, I havent earned a single pound either, but definitively I have exchanged fat with muscle, and very happy with it.
Look yourself at the mirror and dont pay too much attention to your weight.
