My girl asked me what she could take to loose weight...I know stay on your diet and exercise, but she is very lean except one small problem area. I don't think its a good idear for her to use appetite suppressants and I don't want her to take var or similar. So I was thinking clen , ECA, maybe T3 but really haven't thought about it for a girl. Her stats are;

27 y.o.
103 lbs
Cardio 1 hour 4-5 times a week
okay diet some slips here & there but low calories
Would love to see some upper body size increase LBM
Never anything other than a thermo
