Clen Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHH
I've been on a clen cycle for the last four days and am already down 4 pounds! I already feel small. I have been dieting well and have been doing mild cardio.
My question is, am I loosing weight too fast? I am terrified of losing precious muscle mass.
I have experienced mild headaches, cramping and some minor shakes (they're actually kinda fun in a weird way)
I have been taking Taurine and have been drinking tons of water and an aspirin in the morning.
My stats before the cycle were 21 years old, 6', 195 (just finished PCT from a cycle of Pheraplex). I weight myself today and I weight around 190!!!!!!!!!
Any techniques to prevent losing mass???????????????

Good points above, and in your haste you neglected to note how much you're taking. If you are actually losing muscle, again as evidenced by your physique and gym output, maybe you need to reduce the dosage. Though, it's doubtful this is the case only four days in, as you should be ramping up.
There are two very important words on engraved on the cover of 'The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy', which are apropos here..."Don't Panic".

Great post Magic, your right I am not panicing but damn, I have never felt something like this before.
I guess more than anything else is that I was super shocked because I can already see veins in my legs that I have never really seen before. I can assume that the effectiveness will plateau towards the end right?
I am also only at 100 mcgs (day 5), tomorrow I will be at 120.

Side question - Should I wait to lower my calories at let the clen do its job or should I lower the cals and let the clen have a synergystic effect?

the first pounds that come off is water, if u have ur diet in spot, doing pro/fat after cardio etc etc (cardio on empty stomach in the Am) and lift wheights and since clen is anticatabolic u will barely lose any muscl, but ofcourse when cutting u always lose some, nothing to do about that.

watch out for that t3.. i think 125mcg's is a high dose of t3, it might have something to do with your rapid weight loss (most likely all water though). make sure to get enough protien..

Seems like a high dose of T3 without the use of anabolics.. Say goodbye to your LBM.

I actually think I may just cut out the T3 completely. I have read that it causes more loss of LBM anyways.

u should cut out the t3 it is very muscle catabolic the only time i use it is when i am doing a cuttimg cycle
