    My first glute shot!!

    Hey guys,

I did my first glute shot today! Ive been doing them in my delts up till today. Wow I didnt feel a thing, I just stuck with delts cause even delts didnt hurt a bit. Only problem is, did I ever find it hard to aspirate !! I cant reach around its hard, my hand was shaking and everything. How close around do I have to go? Maybe if I went a little closer to the front of my leg (side of the glute) itd be easier?

As result to shaking and hard time aspirating ive been left with quite the bruise lol

When lying on your side, your glute muscle will me more relaxed. When standing it is somewhat tense and flexed and harder to shoot!

    i can't reach back there.
