how long should my off cycle be?

its been a week scence my last shot.i ran a 6 week cycle of 500mg sust. i was wondering on how long i should wait untill i start my second cycle.
second cycle:
week 1-4:500mg sust
50mg dbal
300mg test c

week 1-8:500mg sust
300mg test c

just get ur sex drive back and then at your discression start your cycle but i reccommend 2-3 months after you get sex drive to give body a proper break.
