    can't sleep on test e

    I'm on my 4th wk. of test and my sleep sucks. I'm slowly gaining wieght and strength. But i don't sleep well. Is this common?

    Everyone is different, so it is possible that the test is reducing your sleep... but I have not heard from anyone that test caused sleep problems.

    Test reduces my sleep bad I got me some ambien ,works well.

    Never had an issue with sleep using any type of Testosterone (at any dose either). Strong Androgens such as Tren /drol/halo do effect my sleep somewhat.

    no acne no hair loss horny as hell a little bloat but only managing 6hrs sleep waking up occasionally.annoying but nothing i cant handle.

    i slept like a baby, but everyone reacts different. i have a lil trick u could try and it might help you, it works for my dad.
    before u go to sleep drink a glass of warm milk or some youghurt (personally i prefer the warm milk, just put it in the microwave)

    In my case also on week 4 of test enant and feeling the same way, waking up during sleeping, but I am taking advantage of that and drinking a protein shake 1 or 2 am (great for growing), so I think its not as bad, but friends are telling me my eyes look tired though.

    possibly too many carbs in your diet at the end of the day...I had the same ptrobs with sleep on enth for the first few weeks but now i sleep like a baby. I cut out the carbs past like 6-7pm and i upped the intensity in the gym. Definitely did the trick. Hope this helps.

    i sleep fine on test.. need to leave the windows wide open though as the sweat pisses out u!
