Everyone is different. Some people take huge doses and never get gyno, others just have to sniff the stuff and end up looking like Pamela Anderson.

Depends on the person. Some guys like to run it regardless to be protective to not give gyno the chance and also high estrogen levels is the main reason for water retention so its not a bad idea. You may want to run l-dex or something lite to start and if you have problems move up to letro or aromison.

It could vary from person to person.... not everyone is effected the same way as the compound aromatizes....... but instead of using more of one anti-e you could also move to one that stops more of the aromatization process.

i thought armidex was the proper choice but not sure........
arimidex is a good choice if it works for you........ .5mg or so ED or you could run letro at .5 mg ED and see how that works for you. Letro stops more of the aromatization process then arimidex does.

Damn i think a some people on this site recommend high doses on letro...
But everyone is different, I just went down from 0.625 mg (1/4 tab) 3 times a week to 2 times a week on 1500 mg test because it was to much got dry skin and to low sex drive again.

I think it is perfect now with a totalt of 1.25 mg/week

I wouldn't run over 500mg of testosterone without some kinda anti-e... but your goal is not to stop all estrogen conversion - just stop excessive amounts from causing problems (especially if you want to cut with the gear)... some estrogen does have benefits...
