Sd Urine Question!

this is my last week of SD 10/20/20/30 on the third week when I went to go pissed my urine was dark yellow and stunk. I know is usually yellow but this is way different. I drink a lot of water but still don't know what's the deal. I also taking all the other stuff (milk, throrn, niacin etc..) IS THIS NORMAL OR SHOUDL I STOP. thanks anybody

unless it is always like that everytime you urinate, i would not worry...you might have been a little dehydrated...if you think you take in enough water take in even more....and i hope you are taking milk thistle as well

yes. I'm taking all the extra stuff (milk etc.) I notice when I started taking 30ml, my urine color and odor changed. I was just corncerned about this.

Keep a check on it my buddy went to 30mg a day in the start of the 3 week and his urine went really yellow then dark almost like a cola color. He then said his lower back started to hurt then went to the DR. to get it checked. The DR. said the color in the piss was blood and to stop the SD that it was damaging his kidneys. He is now on anabiotic for his kidneys.

Just keep a check on the color of your piss and drink alot of water. If it starts gettin dark or any pain in your kidneys i would stop the SD. I've been on it for 3 weeks right now without any problems. Just really keep a eye on it.
