help with this cycle?
I did some research on different websites but ppl say diff things. My goals are to get gain lean mass while keeping the water retention low and avoiding the puffy face. Im going for the ripped look, but still want to gain that size. I was thinking on using Eq or deca stacking it with dbol ,tren ,test? can someone give me a sample of what this might look like in a cycle? Do i need any anti estro during this cycle to avoid puffyness?

im not new to this sort fo thing =)
I just have never wanted to get ripped and gain size and strength the same time. My stats well im around 280 @ 20 % i am 21. Ive already got some 20 ml of eq, I would like to gain strength,size,and be ripped up while keeping it safe. Ive never had real problems with side affects. About a year ago i ran test/deca for 5 weeks and eq for 5. thats about the largest cycle ive done =x

my Diet is clean for example 12 egg whites w/ steel cut oats no condiments. ever. chickenw/ brocoli any way u get my point 400 g protien, 100 g of starchy carbs under 40 g fat. You were saying?

if this is ur first cycle .. do your self a HUGE favor and run test alone for 12 weeks preferably an enanthate ester then once u get a better understanding of how test affects you and how other AAS work then u can start stacking.

Tren, test, eq, winny
Ok so how would you suggest i run this and for how long? and what kind of test e or c? btw this is not my first cycle.

God gave us one mouth to speak and TWO ears to listen. listen first. your last cycle sucked, big time. you need alot to learn, we all do, some more some less. if your diet is ok like you've posted before, then focus on your cardio and cut up before you start your cycle and keep doing it during your course. listen to tai's advice, he knows what he says.

For some reason(no offense) I dont believe this guy's diet is that clean in the first place.And he seems to not have aclue.good luck Tai...LOL
