so many threads are started with "what should i take"
a lot of times the thread starter doesn't give you anything to go by.

if every "cycle to be critiqued" thread had the above information i think a lot more people would be getting helped.

That was my hope in making this a thread instead of copy/paste. This will hopefully be easier to bump or copy to a post.
