letro at 1mg every day will probrably cause some discomfort in your joints. i'd lower your dose by .25mg every day until you are at a .25-.5mg every day dose, .25 is usually more than enough to keep the bloat and gyno away. good luck.

glucosamine does wonders.
I'm at 2.5mg letro a day (gyno problem) and take also some glucosamine for the joints.

You should have stated this in your first post, would have avoided many questions.

Glucosamine takes a few months to become effective. This is what my ortho doctor told me. You need about 1500mg-3000mgs a day for at least 3 months, then down to 1500 a day. Taking it on a ongoing basis is the best way.
I always get sore joints on cycles, I think due to the extra weight I can lift.
More H20 for now maybe. Or more warm ups on the elbows before heavy lifting?
