rec drugs dont just affect muscle tissue. they also affect your health and mind in the long-term. most uppers (coke, pills) will speed your heart up a great deal, risking unnatural heart beat and palpitations, they will have an effect on liver, kidneys, nasal passage, mouth, throat, basically they are no good in any capacity health-wise. couple this with hard training and steroids /GH, and the body will just give up. mixing the bodybuilding lifestyle and regular use of rec drugs is a very, very grave combination. check the pro wrestlers from the 80's, they are all dropping off like flies

GHB became a Schedule I Controlled Substance in March 2000

GHB is not be mess around with, it as no benefits to bodybuilders, ive a couple of friends who used it and became addicted to the feeling,

Also dont think this thread as any place on a bodybuilding forum, i personally think rec drugs have no place in building muscle tissue, obviously there are different levels of rec drugs and some are better than others but i think we all have enough to deal with in our lifes without blurring our vision with rec drugs.

also curious, the definition isnt clear. sounds like caffeine could be considered one.
