Of course fresh sterile pin, wash your hands and have setup in a clean area. Make sure your deep enough and inject slow. Once done message the area to help the oil spread around.

YES!YES!YES! It always amazes me to see some guy's pic posted and his bathroom(where most of us shoot)is fvcking disgusting. I remember reading one guys saying something about his dog bumping his leg while he injected WTF? Be clean, use fresh pins and you should never have a problem.

Also, avoid making preloads that are going to have to sit around for more than a week.

Ive never used alcohol. Just make sure your not re-using pins.

i never preload i use about 23g for all spots so
whipe of vial with swab

pull
change needles
whipe off site shoot

shower before and wash hands

this should prevent it


When i shoot should i put in half a cc then count to 30 then do it again?

I have shot 1 ml tren into my glute medius alternating sides. Now on one side my a$$ is beet red and getting pretty hard. It is about the size of my hand. I was clean with all of my stuff. Is there anything i should take to help this go away. It is literally a pain in the ass. Thanks for the help guys!

i ahd the same problem i went to the ER and was in the hospital for 2 days. I had a bad infection

Keep an Eye on that if it gets redder or bigger go see the doc.try a hot shower and let the water hit the area for bit and se what happens.also put hot compresses on it.Hopefully you wont need antibiotics.

I had no pain at all for the first day. Actually less than the other side. Then two days later it started to swell and get red. So, i don't think i hit a nerve. It doesn't seem like one of those things that will just go away with time. DAMN! Any recommended meds?

The guy at my needle exchange told me not to do this as it slows down the healing of the puncture.

I inject in my quads where I can see most of my surface veins. Seeing the veins to avoid them has helped with pain and bullshit.
