My PCT for 19-Weeker.

I am on a 19 weeker

Week 1-5 Prop 100mg/day
Week 1-17 Test E 750mg/week
Week 1-16 EQ 600/week
Week 17-19 Prop 100mg/week
Week 9-19 HCG 250iu EoD

I have arranged my PCT to look like this....what do you think? anything to add/change?

Week 1-7 Nolva 20mg day
Clomid- Day 1, 300mg
Day 2-14 100mg
Day 15-25 75 mg
Day 26-30 50 mg

I really don't like clomid, can't you get proviron and aromasin to add with the nolva?

some people dont like the sides assosiated with clomid.
im going to be using clomid in my pct instead of nolva along with aromasin and proviron .

clomid 300mg day 1
clomd 100mg day 2 - 15
clomid 50mg day 16 - 30
aromasin 20mg days 1 - 30
proviron 100mg days 1 - 40

i will be using redkat tongkat ali during pct also

from what i have read about aromasin it would be the best AI to use for pct, ldex is no where near as strong, letro is the strongest but then you get estrogen rebound and have to watch out for libido problems, aromasin stops aromatose activity by up to 85% with no rebound effect and i have read that it has androgenic sides which can help lift your mood during pct and it apparently helps stimulate test production also.

How does this all line up...keep in mind I am coming off a pretty suppresive cycle...times, dosages ok?

Nolva 20mg days 1-49
Clomid- Day 1, 300mg
Day 2-14 100mg

that looks alot better with aromasin and proviron in there, im no expert on how long you should run all this stuff especially considering the length of the cycle you are coming off but maybe run the aromasin and proviron to day 49 with the nolva just incase

no it's not proviron is a steroid , clomid is a SERM.

thanks...I get jumbled up in pct a lot of the time...so many new things, and combinations...I normally do nolva clomid but i want to try all this new stuff...anybody have any suggestions for this, as this is how i plan to run it now.
