    A-dex

    I'm taking A-dex at .50mg/ED. Must it be split into 2 dosages each day (.25 morning and night) or is .50mg in the morning ok as well?

    Any help is great

    Just meant if there were any headaches, stomach issues, etc with taking the full .50 at one time. I don't expect any...just getting second opinions about second opinions

    No problems for me thats for sure. I started at 0.25 for a couple of weeks then went to 0.50
