help me get cut
hi all this is my first post so ill try to get it right im about to go on a cut up using tren 75mg eod test prop 150mg eod and winni 50mg a day oral ill run the test an tren for 12 weeks and the winni for 6 im 24 5ft 11. 209 pound 17%bf been training for 3 years done 2 oral courses d-bol / anadrol 2 courses on test 1 at 500mg per weekwith 400mg decca. next at 750mg per week of sust with 100mg anadrol ed my food intake will be
380grams protien
153 grams carbs
23grams fat per day witch looks like this
BREAKFAST
100grams oats
8 egg whites
POST WORKOUT SHAKE
pro-peptide in milk
MEAL 1
300grams chicken
100 grams new potatoes
same with meal 2 and 3
BEDTIME SHAKE
pro-peptide in water
nice an simple
what i want to know is how much cardio could i pull off a day without loseing muscle but yet still building nice and hard plus any tips on my diet would be great thanxs to all who help me out

stats and cycle history please,
If your after dropping some bodyfat i would try and drop as much as possible naturally with diet and cardio and then plan a cycle after you have done that.

have more small meals throughout the day between 6-8 preferably

im 24 yrs old
5ft 11
209 pounds
17% body fat
been training for 3 years
my first cycle was 40 mg of d-bol ed for 8weeks no pct
my second was anadrol 50mg en for 6 weeks no pct
next was test cyp 500mg pw 400mg decca pw d-bol 40mg ed for 8 weeks no pct i know i had some really bad advise at the start
last but not least 750mg sust pw and 100mg of anadrol ed anadrol for 6 weeks sust for 8 with pct
seeing the gains i made its hard to think of training without then now

6 meals a day minimum spaced every 3 hours. Cardio not to exceed 45 min each session. best done on empty stomach first thing in the morning, but anytime will do, but NEVER right before you work out

thanx to all who have posted but can sombody tell me somthing i dont already know all iv been told so far is the basics some of the first stuff u ever read about iv done a lot of research myself what i want to know when on TREN TEST P and WINNI how much cardio can i do without loseing size and i know the average is about 45 min but when on anti-catabolics how about then ?

The same imo, and i would also look into running the tren and TP every day. It will keep your levels more stable from what I've gathered.
SMAN: As far as cardio right before workout, is that simply to avoid going into a catabolic state before workout? I am curious because I have always heard never right after. I trust your judgement and opinions, I would just like you to elaborate please for my and others' sake. Thanks bro.
