    what test are out there to make sure that someones testicles are functioning normally??

    To check the fertility of your sperm you have to go see a Doc and have a sperm count/mobility test.

    Or you could just ask a hooker if yours tastes like everyone else's

    WHAT ABOUT TEST LEVELS ,are they of any help ,will normal test levels mean normal sperm development ?

    Normal test levels don't necessarily indicate that your sperm development is "normal." Naturally low test could have implications on sperm, however, there are a lot of factors other than test levels that affect sperm development (i.e. temp, genetics, health).
