    Clen/T3 results

    Is loosing 10 pounds in two weeks about average or is it not very good? HELP

    I think you may be loosing some muscle as well as bf there.What dosages of t3 are you running?

    100 mcg.... I'm ramping back up on my clen right now, back to 80mcg today, 100 tommorow, 120 for 5 days, then taper again

    100mcg is far to much!
    Drop it to 25mcg, your going to waste away! Are you running any aas with it?

    No AAS, I need to loose a bunch of weight. Really cut down to 25? I'm using AA-R's T3/Clen combo

    Is yout diet tuned in? Diet is the most important factor at losing weight, not the drugs. I hope you're not taking 100mcgs t3/day and eating Big Macs?

    You will loose muscle taking 100 without a doubt, your choice.

    I've run 200 mcg before, but it counteracted my AAS.
    I've found that 50-75 mcg of T3 is a good dose for me while allowing muscle growth.
    It's all in the diet also. Keep your proteinintake extra high when running T3.

    Your body produces 25 mcg daily naturally, so running 25 wouldn't make much sense. You'd just be replacing what your body would have produced.

    i ran t-3 and clen together

    clen
    3days at 60mcg
    3days at 100mcg
    3days at 140mcg
    5days at 200mcg

    t-3
    3days at 60 the rest at 100

    i went from 227 to 206... tho i did notice a big up and down effect day to day in my work outs, a week after i was still able to get 385lbs 3 times, and my max was around 435-440 before hand... so i think it all depends on your body and how much fat your body needs to lose... when i took clen before i was alot more lean, and i did lose some strength
