STATS:
Diet: this all changes from summer to winter its based on bmr + or - 500 cal for gain or lose
if i were to try to gain at current weight of 215lb 3325 cals a day 35%protien 55%carbs 10%fat
if i were trying to lose at current weight of 215lb 2325 cals a day 60%protien 30%carbs 10%fat
if i were trying to maintain at current weight of 215lb 2825 cals a day
45%protien 45%carbs 10%fat
WORKOUT:5times a week split:monday:legs.tuesday:chest & abbs. wensdayff. thursday:shoulders. friday:bis & tris. saturday: calves & abbs this is usualy a gaining w/o it changes days to keep them guessing.
WORKOUT 2:6times a week split:monday:legs tuesday:back & shoulders wensday:chest bis & tris day off and start over again sometims in a new order.
REP RANGE: gain10/8/6/4 lose20/20/15/15 ALWAYS TILL FAILURE!
AGE:20
HEIGHT:5'11"
WEIGHT:215
BF %:14
TRAINING EXP:5 years started at 150lb 15 rears old bf 8%
GOAL OF AAS:not expecting huge freakish results i just want that extra little push that my training and diet wont give me. ive made a lot of progress over the five years ive trained but i have been at this sticking point for a long time where it is hard to gain muscle anymore without looking like a powerlifter! so i guess my my goal as of now is to cut up a little and become more dense for the comp im am planning on doing.
CYCLE EXP : currently i am running tren acetate at 50mlg eod its my first time on aas i have about 2 shots left and no anti e's i know!wrong thing to do there i was mis informed when i got the stuff the source told me it would be all i wold need for my first cycle and to only start taking anti e's if i had side affects! well me not knowing any better i took his advice and started up. needless to say the only real side affect that i have noticed is my boys shrinking a bit! thats all ive done in the way of aas but ive used pretty much everything at gnc they sure do know me well in there and all that stuff has worked great in the past but its just not working to well anymore!
PCT: i am hoping to start nolva and clomi on my next cycle not sure the dose though thats one reason why im here!
CURRENT STOCK: test enanthate 400mg/ml 10mlbottle and stanozolol 50mg/ml 20mlbottle people have told me to just start with the test and anti e's any suggestions on that would be great. i can get sust but from what i here its not good to use on your first cycle.
PCT QUESTION:anabolicreview-research.com trusted site for pct or no?

i dont even know what to say.............you should have researched a lot more before jumping into a cycle at age 20 especially tren as a first cycle and your hoping to start pct next cycle? what? and your workout routine do you like work out 2x a day?

ya your right about the reserch but thats not what i asked though i asked for help on my current cycle i am not planning on startin this one until i have what i need in the way of anti e's if you would suggest starting them now then that would help insted of going wha wha wha! and no i dont work out twice a day only when im cutting and that is cardio in the morning and lifting in the evening i have two diferent workouts one for size and strength and one for fat loss one is OFF SEASON and one is ON SEASON some help would be good insted of being a smart ass know it all anyone care to HELP with some advice i will listen to that!

id start pct right now day 1 300mg clomid 2-14 100mg 15-21 50mg 20mg nolva ed then jump into your test e 500mg for 12 weeks u can throw the winny in the last 6 or 7
