    Taking D-Bol....

    Hey, hows a going.

    Been doing some research, I feel I am ready for my first cycle but still have a few questions. Here's my stats before I go any further.

    I'm 22 been lifting for 4 years. Currently at 190lbs standing 6'1" and low body fat. Never cycled before. I'm sure I'll have some people tell me to wait before juicing but I feel I'm ready and my diet is in check, i'v gained 50lbs since stating to work out while bringing down my bf% but I'v hit a plateau that I can't overcome. I change my workouts and i'v bumped up my cals but then I start gaining BF.

    Here's the cycle:
    1 – 4 D-bol 30mg
    1 – 10 Test E 500mg/wk
    1 – 12 Nolva 10mg
    1 – 12 L-dex .25mg

    Plus PCT 2 weeks after last injection with clomid and nolva.

    I plan on using 1.5 inch needles at 23g doing only glutes for injecting.

    My question is regarding D-bol tablets.
    From what I read people say spread them out throughout the day because of the short half-life. So I plan I doing 10mg at 8am, 12pm and 12am. So first thing in the morning, lunch and right before bed. These all fall with my meal times, do I take them with my meal, on an empty stomach or does it even matter?

    Also, will .25mg of L-dex be enough to keep bloating down or should I up that to .5mg?

    Your too young!.....but you going to do it anyway so here's my opinion.

    It looks like you have done your research and everything is in check. Nice work.
    I usually spread my d-bol evenly throughout the day,regardless of meal times. On the subject of meal times,you should be eating every 2-3 hours.....just though I would add that!

    I doubt you will suffer from excessive bloat with such a cycle.

    Thanks! Ha, i'v got like 8 months of research under my belt. Man the more you learn the more their is to know.

    As far as goals, well I'd like to sit at 230lbs lean. I'm hoping to put on a good 30 lbs with this cycle. I want some decent strenght gains as well.

    maybe you wil hit 230 but alot of it will be water and you will loose it after pct.

    40 lbs of LBM? I dont see it happening with test and d-bol alone bro.

    after pct i think you could be....205-215 + increase of strength for sure.

    No no, thats what I mean't. In the long run, 230lbs. I plan after PCT to have a solid 25lbs maybe 30lbs kept if my diet is 100% perfect which it will be.
