    Help Needed, 1st Cycle ?'s

    Hey, im newly registered to the forum (Took the time to read the rules though, something i noticed wasnt being minded all that often..haha), i gotta say im definately impresed at the quality of information and tips ive been able to pick up, and plan on sticken around to one day contribute a lil somethin myself.

    Anyways, more to the point hurr, im 22, 5'11, 215lbs (caryin a few extra pounds that dont seem to wanna leave) and im looking for any advice i can obtain about how i should go about my 1st cycle, including pct tips... (what compounds and doseages u may suggest), ive been training pretty steady for the last few years, and im lookin for something to give me a little more drive and that extra umph for the strength and physique im looking achieve.

    Any feedback whatsoever will be much appreciated

    I think what you need it to 1) fix up your diet 2) work on a cardio schedule.. Im sure if these 2 things are worked on and done you will see the weight loss you are trying to find..

    i agree, i have been workin my diet out quite a bit, eatin healthy, and i run an hour 3-5 days a week... muscle tone and definition is my main concern, would like to improve upon these...

    Well I would post your diet in the diet section and get it looked at but first read the stickies and they guys will deffiantly help you out with it, then post your workout with goals in the workout section have them look that over. Then bring this new game plan into the gym and see if you can reach your goals and build a better base before using AAS becouse the better base you have the better results you will have when using AAS

    were trying not to have you waste your time.. diet section would help you alot..
