Quick Question
Hey guys, I was told that to take care of my shortness of breath that I shud doo some cardio...im currently on a test deca cycle...and i kick started it with dbol ...but I really dont want to lose any weight...but this whole shortness of breath allt he time is getting really annoying! Im pretty sure its because i dont do any cardio at all and because I have bloated a bit..and I want to start...so how many times a week shud I do it, and for how long? What intensity? ...thanks guys

imo u should probably go to a doc to check that out, other than that
cardio in the Am on empty stomach, 45-60min @ 65-75% of max pulse.
to determine 65-75%, 220 - [your age] X [%]
for example lets say ur 21 and u wanna know ur pulse at 70%:
220 - 21 X .70 = 139.3

well i asked my cousin and hes a dr...he said that its my cardio...i mean i run out of breath soo fast some times, its not even funny,, i also smoked a lot for the lasdt 5 months, which I beleive is the main rason why

I'd see a doc about it.
But for cardio, I'd just bump your callories up alittle more to make up for what was burnt from the cardio.

QUICK UPDATE: I was worried like crazy about my breathing, i cud barley breathe, gasping for breaths every few mins...I herd anxiety could be the case but never really thought it was...well just wnated to let you know that last night me and my gf broke up...and thats all i been thinkin about and the BREATHING PROBLEMS WENT AWAY....pretty weird eh!! I am breathing perfectly fine again, i herd when you have anxiety you shud worry daily about something and it helps with the breathing, but yeah just wanted to let you all know just incase someone else is goin threw the same scary shit!!
