    You are gonna get your HPTA shut down hard if you run a decca only cycle with no Testosterone ! you are 170# and you want to use AAs to lose 5#, IMHO you dont' need AAs at all, you need a proper diet and training and you can lose that and harden up in no time!
    Winny shouldn't be run for 10 weeks.

    Third, if you really have been reading hundreds of threads, you would see what is recomended for EVERY SINGLE first cycle on here.

    Fourth, if you would read the stickies at the top of this forum, you would see a thread called CYCLES FOR NEW MEMBERS, I would start there. Here is the link to it.

    The BEST first cycle is TEST ONLY, a single ester test like Test E @ 500mgs/Week for 12 weeks followed by proper PCT. There are thousands of threads on PCT, you really need to research some of this on your own so you understand whaat you are about to stick in your body.

    ok mister sman12b,here goes what i read and what i put together.

    deca 300mg/ml------1 ml a week for 12 weeks
    this will include test 200mg/ml with ( mix) deca till done.
    @ the end to level test .
    nolvadex or clomid 150/100mg/ml p. day for 10 days and will be decreasing to half first 10 days .so lets say 100mg/ml p/day
    next week 50mg/ml till i hit 30 days.
    now i have to see where i put the winny??

    what do you think.

    As tai said! I would run the test 2 weeks longer than the decca, or end the decca two weeks before you end the test either way. i would also IMHO run at least as much test as decca if not a little more test . as far as the Winny, how does this sound to you

    Weeks 1-12 Test E @ 400-500mgs/week -do in 2 shots. Mon morn, and Thurs night

    is there anything that i should not be drinking or eating or anything during my training?
    and am just letting you know that i wont be doing much weight lifting i burn calories alot and keep any weight for long.i do a lot of cardio,so the days that i dont practice muay thai i go to the gym.
    what do you think.????

    good luck with the cycle bro, and if you want , you could jsut try the TEST E for 12 weeks since this is your First cycle, you would probably get great gains if your diet and training are on the mark!

    Given that you are not gonna work out that much MUAY, to be honest with you, I dont' think you are gonna get your money's worth by using AAS

    AAS basically allows the body to better more effectively use the nutrition that you give it and allows for more protein to be synthesized! thus allowing greater strength and size gains.

    doesn't really sound like that is what you are looking for...

    I think diet would be your greatest friend here!! I could write up something, but it would take me all night and there are great threads on this in the Diet forum

    You should be eating VERY CLEAN meals at least 6 times a day one every 3 hours containing Proteins, carbs, and good fats.

    Please check this out BEFORE you decide to do AAS.

    even if i dont workout much i will be at least 4 days a week + my regular training , and on my training i do some lifting.
    i will apreciate the diet any way
