    what is the benifit ?

    why always u say wait for gyno symptoms to appear then use nolva ? why is it not advised to use a low dosage of nolva say 10-20mg through the cycle to prevent gyno from even appearing ? i told my brother to use 25mg of proviron and 10 mg nolva ed through his test prop cycle , what do u think ?

    I think you gave some damn good advice... bump the proviron to 50mg.

    i started my proviron 10 days after my first shot, i wasnt going to wait around and see if i got any....... i wanted to stop it before it started!! i agree 100% with what you told him.
