Any ideas of which to run for a short var cycle:

30 mg/day for weeks 1-2
40 mg/day for weeks 3-6

or

40 mg/day for 4 weeks

I'm interested in running a short cycle as I've done research and have heard good things. This is 1st cycle; stats 5'11, 187 lbs, 13-14% bf. 8 yrs lifting. Thanks guys
