How's my cycle and diet look?
Cycle:
Weeks 1-12 Test Prop 125mg ED
Weeks 1-4 T-bol 40mg ED
Weeks 1-8 Tren Ace 75mg ED
Weeks 6-12 Winny 50mg ED
Diet:
1 gallon of water a day
5am Wake up:
1 application Yohimburn
1 serving Trac creatine
1 serving Muscle Milk w/ flax seed oil w/ 5 grams Glutamine
Cardio 45 minutes on excersie bike
2 Seasapure
2 Liver detox
7am Breakfast:
6 egg whites w/ 2 yolks
1 cup Muscle Milk n Oats
1 cup plain oatmeal
1 banana
1 packet AnimalStak vitamin/mineral
1 application AIFM
10am Snack:
1 serving Isopure protein 50 grams
1pm Lunch:
1 chicken breast
1 cup sweet potato
1 cup aspargus
3pm Lunch:
1 chicken breast
1 cup sweet potato
1 cup asparagus
1 serving Isopure protein 50 grams
5pm Pre workout shake:
1 serving No2
Dextrose 50 grams
2 Seasapure
2 Liver detox
5:30pm Workout
6:30pm Dinner:
1 tuna sandwich on multi grain bread
1 cup brown rice
1 salad
8pm Snack:
1 serving Isopure protein powder 50 grams w/ 5 grams glutamine
10pm Bedtime:
1 Met-Rx packet
Stats and cycle history:
6'3",270,15% BF
Training for 8 years
2 previous cycles: Sustanon 500mg a week 1st cycle,Test Cyp 500mg a week second cycle
My goals:
Lean down to 12% BF,gain some muscle,get vascular

...1 gallon water at a minimum...good luck your going to be on another planet...

cycle is awesome and what I consider my dream cycle, I never thought to add the tbol. Have you tried tbol? If you could get that tbol to 60. You will love it.
Diet looks just about perfect. I will look out for you and this cycle. GOOD LUCK

Personally I wouldn't run both winstrol and tbol. I'd run one or the other. Everything looks good though.

Hey man the cycle looks good....i would get 32oz of water with every meal.....but the meals look decent....why a metrx packet before bedtime???..why not casein protein?

I use Mass Recovery from ABB. I love this product and down one after I workout everytime for yrs, 1.5 hours before dinner. I love the convenience of it too. Open and drink. You can probably find it for 2 bucks per drink and thats not half bad its a little bit more then a bucket and less headache

yea man for 2 bucks a pop not bad
to me at this point I take so much shit, juice, supps, proteins, wrist bands, etc that you can't afford everything but this is something I must have. My boy owns a gym I get it for 48 a case. Not bad

The reason for Met-Rx is a long history with me.I trained naturally for a few years with Met-Rx 4 times a day with proper meals and I grew very good.I figured I would throw it in at night as a recovery boost and for old times sake.You cant go wrong with what your body knows.You know? I will keep you all updated and keep pics.
