    ? on painkillers

i'm currently running a cycle of test, eq, and am going to finish up w/ winny.
does anti-inflamatories and painkillers counteract the sauce or eat up at ur muscle mass? cause i have prescription for both ,due to a car accident a while ago, i take them when only in need of them due to strenuous physical labor on the neck and lower back(pest control/ termite technician) i got an mri( x-ray) done and no major injuries, just lower lumbar and neck problems,(pretty bad wreck). doc says it is ok to hit the gym , just wear weight belt and keep neck and back tight.i took 10 wks off for phys. therapy but its been about a yr since ive been hitting the gym. let me know fellas?

if u take them everyday i do think they have a negative effect on weight gain...if ur takin them once in a while just to kill the pain then i think u should be fine...i think it only burns muscle/neg effects when ur takin them to get high and ur takin high doses...when u take high doses u cant eat or train the same so that deters u from ur goals more...

i am cycling after a car wreck, But A Year After The Car Wreck. a year after training hard in the gym as well, i hit my plateau. i gained about 20 lbs. naturally, from supplementing bsn mass stack, creatine, bcaas, and etc. besides it wasn't major injuries, just accute ones. i just feel the lower back and neck pain symptoms due to the work i perform on that day, i literally " work " for a living 4 now, still in college. won't be long b4 i have an a.c. job, just a matter of time.

As Ufa stated below you, they already have the dose of tylenol that you need. A typical 5mg painkiller (not going to mention names) will include 500mgs of tylenol. So if you take tylenol in addition to this, you are usually taking TOO MUCH tylenol, which is not good for you...

yeah, thats why i only take them when i feel i don't have any alternative. cuz my liver has to filter them, ya know. besides, i don't like taking them. i really can't stomach them at all. i'd rather take a hot bath to soak my muscles or/and heating pad. and i get my better half to massage me
