    Need a little help

    hey, im new to the forum, i just had a quick question, i just got some Tren 75 and some BOLD 200 all form QVet, i just wanted to see wut is a good amount to take, ive been doing this stuff for about a yr and a half, just never messed around with this stuff yet. Im hoping to get a pretty good amount of gains and strength. Thanks for the help.
