Need a new cycle,,maybe?
Guys, my last course consisted of
500mg test e e/w 12 weeks
400mg deca e/w 10 weeks
test prop e/w 2 weeks
50mg dianabol e/w 4 weeks
PCT
.50mg liquidex
40 mg tamoxifen
redkat
All for 30 days
Thing is the gains werent great and I havent really kept any weight. I may have kept a lttle bit of shape but thats it. I was wondering if I should up the mgs of the above cycle or change it completely. Any suggestions would be great, if you can help

39 yrs old. Training for 8 years.
190lbs
Have taken orals over the years but have had 2 previous cycles prior to the one already listed. Those cycles consisted of
8 week cycle of test prop, deca and sust 250, all at around 400mgs e/w

Forgot to mention that my body fat is currently around 15% at the moment

um....how is your diet when on a cycle? how many calories you get in? and are you sure its a good meal plan system you using? cuz diet plays a big role here...

My guess is your lack of gains wasn't the gear, it might very well have been your food intake (or lack thereof) and training.
Should have been eating a minimum of 6-7 meals/day every 2.5-3 hours apart. 1.5-2g of CLEAN protein per body pound, approx 3g good carbs per body pound and also about 10% GOOD fats.
If that doesn't sound like you, then there is your first area to improve BEFORE you up your dosages. Just My Humble Opinion though....

That is a decent looking cycle, With proper diet and training, you should have made great gains off of it!!!

Yeah thanks guys, my diet stinks to be honest. Work gets in the way big time and in my line of work I really do struggle with time to eat. So what is the consensus???? Is my last cycle sufficient enough to gain quality mass if my diet was brought up to speed? (I guess I know the answer already, but just wanting to draw on all of your experience).
