Very tired lately
I've been on test e for quite a while now at 500mg ew. I added eq about 10 weeks ago at 600mg ew. When I added the eq I upped the test to 750 mg ew. About 3 weeks ago, I lowered the test back down to 500mg ew. I think that 750mg was too much for me.
I've noticed the past week or two, I am extremely tired all of the time. The past week it has been pretty bad. I don't want to get out of bed cause I am so tired and even during the day, I could sleep anytime I am so tired. I just feel exhausted all the time.
Could lowering the test like that make me react that way? I could understand if I just ended my cycle feeling that way.

How much extra weight have you put on with the cycle.

Not a whole lot. I put 10lbs on initially when I started the cycle, but that is about it. I don't gain much water weight when I cycle and when I upped the test, I didn't gain anything more.

I get very lethargic when i put weight on or my RBC is up, is 10lbs well over what you would normally be? is it the first time at this weight?
I really couldn't say whats causing your problem but i use to get the same symptoms and it was one of the above, if gains have stopped and no more weight is being added id come off cycle and recover, i would say its your RBC if i had to guess,

I usually gain about 10 lbs at the very beginning of my cycle. I was going to come off for a while, but want to run this eq cycle through first. I was trying to blame the weather. It was rainy for a while and now it got real hot real fast out, but I should have been able to push past that by now. Like today, I am feeling pretty fatigued and I slept real good last night.
To add to this, I've been on hgh for close to 6 months now at 4iu 5/2. I wouldn't think that should have anything to do with it though. I could be wrong.

maybe you caused unstable blood levels when you bumped up your dose then cut back.

That is what I am hoping. I should level off soon I would think if that is the case and start feeling like myself again.

Those who do T3 cycles know what I'm talking about in the first 2 weeks.

With me it was my RBC when i was tired all the time, best thing to do is go and get it checked out, then you will know if its that or not.

That is good information Marcus. So they more or less took blood to lower the RBC count.
My HRT rep told me before that when I come off of pct to go give blood to lower my RBC.
I think after hearing this from you, I am going to go get checked out by the doc.
How long were you in the hospitol for?

Also I've read when the HPTA is shutting down that will make you feel tired. Do you do small amounts of HCG (500ius eod) while on long cycles? If not, you should.

As a guy who sleeps 10-11 hours per day,I never really have these type of problems. However,I train with some track runners and the craze is Modafinil; it is a mood-brightening and memory-enhancing psychostimulant which enhances wakefulness and vigilance, this stuff works very well, gave it a try a number of times, great stuff but I dont really need this type of drug. It`s usually used for guys who train 4-5 hours per day.

I've run hcg about every 8 - 12 weeks during the cycle. I've read that eq can really elevate your rbc. Does your rbc go back down on it's own once you are off the cycle?

I've been doing some searching around and one thing I was reading is that injectable b12 can raise your rbc also. Is this true? I started taking injectable b12 a few weeks ago. I never thought about it till now.

Was thinking maybe some kind of Vitamin Deficiency...
Take your vitamins and lots of them.
But i think it takes like 3 months for the blood to renew itself.. so u won't see results from it, for a while if thats what it is.

I'm would like to maybe try and donate blood to see what happens. I've been doing alot of searching about donating blood while on and some people say it is ok and some people say not to. I am on hrt with a script, so I am not worried about telling anyone. The more searching I've been doing about rbc being high, the more I think that is my problem.
I've read some post about people saying that thier arms go numb sometimes. I have that issue when I wake up in the am my arms are numb. It goes away when I wake up.
Can anyone tell me for sure if it is ok to donate while on? I don't want to go to a blood bank to find out I cannot donate.

The thought crossed my my Ufa. I started the hgh at 2.5 iu 5/2 and ended up bumping it up to 4iu 5/2 about 3 months in. It is possible that could be causing the numbness, but 4iu didn't seem to be all that high, but maybe I am wrong.

Well Marcus, you hit the nail on the head. I got blood work done and my doc said I have too much blood. I am going to the hospitol to get some taken out. This has to be from the test/eq. I've been on the test since December and the eq I've been on for the last 10 weeks. I hated cutting the eq cycle short, but better safe then sorry.
I hope I feel the a big difference once the blood is taken. I was feeling pretty bad. I was tired all the time, dizzy/light headed, no drive whatsoever, had shortness of breath. I couldn't workout much cause I would run out of energy to fast so when I did, I would have to cut the workout short.
I appreciate all the input guys and Marcus, thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

To add to this and the numbness I was getting, I cut my gh down to 3 iu's, 5/2 and the numbness went away. Once I get the blood taken and I see that i feel better, I am going to bump my gh back up to 4 iu's and see how it effects me.
