    Test injections

    Should i split my 400 mg/wk test up between two injections per week and if so what days should they be on??

    yes split it up twice a week, something like monday-thursday, tuesday-friday

    Yes it depends on what type of test it is. If it is Enanthate or Cypionate , IMO you should split it up into 2 shots. Monday morning, Thursday evening. or the same with Tuesday and Friday
